Device returns label via Swiss Post

Please follow the steps below:

Enter your return address in the online form and click the button "Create label". Any reference from customer support or service can also be indicated.
Print label with corresponding button. Be sure to print out the repair slip with the corresponding button and fill it out completely (email address and problem statement are important).
Pack carefully the clean and dry device with repair slip and proof of purchase, attach the label to parcel.
Bring the parcel to the Swiss Post office.

The data you provide will not be saved by us and will only be used to print out the label.
