Device returns label via Swiss Post

Please follow the steps below:
  • Enter your return address in the online form and click the button "Create label". Any reference from customer support or service can also be indicated.
  • Print label with corresponding button. Be sure to print out the repair slip with the corresponding button and fill it out completely (email address and problem statement are important).
  • Pack carefully the clean and dry device with repair slip and proof of purchase, attach the label to parcel.
  • Bring the parcel to the Swiss Post office.
The data you provide will not be saved by us and will only be used to print out the label.
